Our Return Window
AgeComfort offers a no-hassle 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To qualify, items must be brand new and unopened. Due to the hygienic nature of many of our products, once an item has been opened, it generally cannot be returned.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance / Final Sale items
- Gift Certificates & Gift Cards
- Walkers, Wheelchairs, Rollators & Power Mobility / Power Scooters
- Incontinence Products
- Hospital Beds & Mattresses
- Lifts (Bath Lifts, Chair Lifts & Patient Lifts)
- Oxygen products (Nebulizers, face masks, concentrators)
- CPAP Masks & Accessories
- Special / Custom Orders

Items returned that are found to be used or in open condition will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
How to Start a Return - 3 Steps
- Check if your item qualifies. Review the table above. If you are not sure, email orderdesk@agecomfort.com or call 1-800-520-3259 before sending anything back.

Have the following ready:
- Your original order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Submit your return request. Once we confirm the items are eligible, our team will issue an RMA number and send you detailed return instructions.
How You Will Receive Your Refund
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. It typically takes 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Cancellations
Because we process and ship orders quickly, in most cases we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. If you change your mind, contact our customer care team immediately to check whether cancellation is still possible.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to go through the standard return process once you receive the item. Refunds for returned items are issued within 1 to 7 business days of receipt.
